 TMG series technical highlights

1. X-axis travel: 2000-8000mm. (Door width 1300~5500mm).

2. Two tracks on the base (X-axis). (M55 roller type track).

3. Two tracks on the Y-axis. (M55 roller type, with two sliders per track).

4. Z-axis hard rail. (Z-axis optional track, M45 roller type, four tracks with two sliders).

5. Stepped crossbeam. (Arch bridge structure).

6. BT504000rpm (6000rpm) is a gear type spindle.

7. Optional 8000rpm~24000rpm direct connection spindle.

8. The door is equal in length and width to the work surface, making it convenient for the workpiece to move up and down.

TMG series feature of Spindle

1. A high torque motor paired with a two-stage Japanese brand gear spindle, capable of milling, drilling, boring, and heavy cutting. It has a torque four times higher than that of a regular belt spindle.

2. X and Y axis adopt ultra high rigidity roller linear slide rail, which has the features of hard rail's heavy cutting rigidity and linear slide rail's fast moving and low wear, and the rigidity and control is improved greatly.

3. Super large section casting columns and beams ensure optimum rigidity.Optimum stepped beams and saddles.

4. Taking the working surface of precision wheel mill as the precision reference to ensure the precision stability of the machine.

5. The Z axis is designed with high rigidity hard rail, which is precision ground after heat treatment and suitable for regrinding.(straight junction high-speed spindle is selected, and roller linear slide rail is selected for z-axis).
