EV series technical highlights

1. The z-axis adopts the design of no weight to increase the direct drive of the z-axis motor and makethe high-speed feed or drill pick control accurate.

2. Standard BT40 direct spindle driven by coupling, no belt noise, low vibration, more suitable for highspeed and high precision processing (optional).

3. The triaxial motor seat and the casting are cast simultaneously to increase the rigidityand precision of feed system.

4. The one-piece bearing, block is machined with unique precision bearing sleeve design to ensure thethree-point concentricity of screw assembly and long precision maintenance.

5. The base, integrated with a gradient chassis, provides the most stable load-bearingcapacity,with standard side flush, not easy to chip.
